Hit a bench PR with 300 paused w/press command. Followed with 245x9 for a rep PR. Bench has been going well -- I'm hoping to hit 300+ in the meet in August and hoping to see 315 touch and go by end of the year.

I have finally been eating enough calories to start growing. Been seeing about half a pound every week so far. At 196 now heading toward 200. Also seeing the weight I can lift go up every week. Seeing everyone on here is extremely inspiring and lets me see that I can get there too. You guys rock keep on doing what your doing. Thanks0
