Follow them up with Dumbell Sumo Wide Leg Box Squats with a 2 sec pause on the bottom. Go Deep and squeeze at the top. Got the wifey on board with a "Glute Only" day a few months ago and OMG!! By the way...I have a Glute Hamstring day and start with Hip Thrusts. Have them tonight actually...no shame. Basially we start with…

This...weighed hip thrust for the win. Always with the thrusting...and always with the winning.

3 months...but I intentionally did it slow. It can be done one one month depending on your start weight.

Are you working out?
-
Yes I felt this way..and made a transnational video on YouTube to get it all the emotion out. It was a life change...something I didn't think that could happen so fast. This is normal...so is the fear of reverting. I challenge you to set new goals...even if it is to maintain what you have achieved...and hey....once you go…

I just decided I was never going to be "That Guy" again. Also, I deveoped new habits that became a lifestyle...like prepping my meals in advance.

At some point you just have to decide what you want more...results or that which does not take you to your goal. I schedule once a week cheat meals into my diet. Always Saturday night (usually family date night or date with wifey). These meals have been epic...ordering 2 dinners for example...but they don't have to be.…

Motivation get's you started. But will not keep you going. Your deep seeded reason for being here is what will keep you going. When your WHY is stronger then your vice, limiting belief, excuse...etc...then you will be successful....but not until then. You simply have to believe you are worth the effort. Doing the right…

I like vertical knee raises and leg raises. But it is the diet and fat loss that will take care of that pouch. ☺️

You eating carbs? I slam carbs right after the workout and drink a 25 gram carbohydrate mix with bcaa's during the workout. Helps with recovery and soreness. I take BCAA's to preserve muscle mass...I carb up to promote growth, recovery, and help with soreness.

Looking good there...have fun this summer.

It's just math bro. Took me about 15 real egg whites to make 2 liquid cups. But got old real quick cracking so many eggs every day. I bought my eggs in a crate so it was technically cheaper...but now I just buy liquid egg whites out of convenience.

Add in cardio sessions and eat to 250-350 above maintenance...there is carb timing as well that plays a role...also your diet...and some other things.

My relentless desire to be better than I was yesterday.

1. Yes 2. Absolutely not sensible with weight training Twice a Day eating 900 calories 3. Yes Crawl, Walk, then Run. Maybe set your calorie target to lose 1 or 2 lbs per week if that is your goal taking into account what you burn in one gym session per day not two, and I recommend eating a balanced macro that give you the…

I have never seen anyone grow lot's of muscle on zero carbs... I totally agree with this. 900-1000 calories per day is too low for someone who sits on a couch all day. Now add Two-A-Days workouts with Weight Training...and no carbs? Yeah...I would not take advice from anyone ever recommending less than 1200 cal per day…

You will find it or a version of it called MCT oil. Full of omega 3's. Helps testosterone as it's a saturated fat and helps you burn more fat. It a staple fat in my diet and pretty much put it on top of all my meals or just drink from a table spoon.

How many days a week can your weight train?
-
On each day of your split add two different ab exercises to the end of your workout. Variety is good.

Thanks brotha! I am finding my strength go up as i incorporate more compound lifts. Recently bench pressed 315 lbs for two reps weighing 200 lbs. Haven't pushed that much weight since college. I am facinated by the dieting and discipline that goes into building a physique...maybe it's the engineer in me. Looking forward to…

I workout in the evening, but do fasted cardio in the morning....I eat 6 times a day...for whatever that is worth. I always make sure I'm carb loaded going into the workout. I'll drink a 50 gram protein shake with a 50 gram carb powder inside in the meal before the workout..usally 2 hours before...so around 4 pm for me. I…
