Went through a bout of anxiety last year...not fun. Didn't know what was at first. Maybe try to get your calories across many meals in the day. I eat 6 meals a day....every 3 hours to get my daily calories in.

It did it once and good. For me there was just no turning back...I was never going to be "that guy" again. Needed to change for my family. Why are you here? What is your primary motivation? Find that answer...and if it is strong enough you will not revert.

I have seen too many get hurt on Insanity....I never advise it. Maybe consider Focus T25 as it will produce similar results in a few extra weeks. Much less risk of injury and T25 really tightens up your core.

Avoid Insanity...seen to many get hurt. T25 is much safer and get you similar results in a few extra weeks...plus it really tightens up your core.

Just ask your self what do you want more? Alcohol, or Results? Maybe just suck it up for a few months and get your results...then drink in moderation.

Just add a meal. 6 oz sweet potato and 8 oz fish ought to do it. Or back off the fish and potato and add a cup of veggies.
