I'm sitting at 197 lbs now (see profile pic). Was 184 last summer. I have been eating maintenance at 200 lbs since March and just recently started a cut...will not go lower than 190 lbs but have a lot more muscle mass.

My Cheat Meal from Saturday. I was down 3 lbs on the week and needed to make up som cals...plus I'm love the Monte Cristo meal so I added it to my usual. See...I splurge sometimes...but once and only once per week...sometimes I dream about this meal during the week especially if I'm low carbing it...makes it that much more…

Sugar can be great after an intense weight training workout. I have been known to eat donuts on leg day...

Congratulations on your weight loss so far. Wish I knew about MFP when I started...I felt so alone...trying to figure it out...but you have everyone here. You must be deliberate in this and just decide what you want more....your WHY...or the excuse. Save your WHY...print it out...look at it everyday...it help you be…

Pick up the weight and put the weight down...repeat. Add in cardio sessions and tighten up the diet. <-- My effective workout

MFP...where dreams come true!

You WHY can and will change...when you get your results...be it health, fitting into clothes, hitting that goal...you may decide how far you want to go...you may find new goals to set. Miles or races to run, weight goals to push, aesthetic goals to mold into. Fun stuff. :)

Umm....well....ummm....this sounds like me. :D

I don't' mind. ☺️

The stronger your WHY. The better your result. Pretty deep WHY's in here so far. Thanks for sharing. I would encourage everyone to have some visible reminder of their WHY...something you would see every day. It could be a note...a picture...a vision board...but you need to stay focused on your reason for being here.
