I have a membership with Orangetheory fitness. The classes are small and fun in comparison to just going to a regular gym. They take the guesswork out what I should do at the gym which usually made me feel awkward.

I know that struggle. Rice cakes plain or with almond butter is a good alternative. Or I take the little cuties (mini orange) and eat those. The fact that I have to peel them keeps me from eating too many.
