I'm adjusted for my exercise, I was on a 3900 Cal bulk phase for a while. It's just a big drop suddenly.

One thing I've realized is that diets don't work! In order to change your body you have to make changes that you are willing to stick with forever. No diets, life changes are what work. You can add me if you like, I've been very dedicated for about 1.5 yrs. And from 205 to 168. Now I'm bulking and trying to hit 185

I personally think low calorie foods are the culprit. Veggies fill up your belly and don't offer much more than some vitamins. Eat high cal veggies like sweet potatoes and squash over broccoli or leafy greens

That's a good idea. I'm new to the bulking so still finding my plan. I lost about 30lbs, I got down to 168 and stopped my cardio. I've increased my calorie intake and have been doing the routine above. I'm 5-10 and up to 175, pretty lean.

Don't have access to gym, I can only get about 5 hours of sleep a day due to travel. Currently I am doing 6 sets of 50 pushups, 6 sets of 50 squats, 6 sets of 50 calf raises and 2 minute plank every day after work. I have been able to consistently increase my reps and have gained about 7 pounds in the last 6 months. I can.…

You can implement a high calorie shake, do not use ice cream or garbage food.... if you eat crap you will get crap results. Whole grain calorie dence foods.
