JFT: drink water Log food intake 30 min/ 10,000 steps

I have trouble most nights after working 3-11 shifts. On a good night I can shower and go to bed, most nights I overeat only to regret it in am. Trying to brush teeth as soon as I get home to avoid eating. Good luck to you .

Got on the treadmill for half an hour, after resisting getting out of bed and realizing that I was finding excuses not to exercise.( better burn 300 cal then gain it) lol

Don't beat yourself down, don't think of the weight, be good to yourself. Think of one healthy think you can do,and slowly progress from there. Log your food intake( this helps me, even if I over eat, I log to be accountable. wish you accomplish your goals. Feel free to add me as a friend.

Over ate Yesterday. Need to work on emotional eating. Fam get together turned out just having my nephew, wife and son. I was very happy to have them over, yet kind of disappointed that the others could not make it. Lesson learned: confirm who's coming before getting ready. Lesson two : don't Over eat.
