Yes i use it a lot. When I had a bowel condition earlier this year it was handy to make notes and monitor which foods made me worse.

I am quite often under my calorie target due to the amount of exercise I do, but I never manage to stick to my fat target and I'm quite often over. Maybe this could have something to do with it?

I start off motivated, but then lose focus. The worst thing for me is running out of calories but still needing to eat something. Going to try harder this time!

I try to follow the macros but always end up eating too much fat. I find eating avocados, nuts, olive oil etc quite often puts me over, but as I'm trying to lower my ldl cholesterol I don't want to give them up.

Thanks. I do log restaurant meals when I can find them in the database, but sometimes it's difficult. It's good to know that other people have breaks for various reasons and then come back to it. I don't feel such a failure now.
