I'm not maintaining now, back to losing, but when I was I kept using a scale, been using it for years so everyone is used to it. My parents own a scale and I use it when I visit, when we host a potluck I use my scale so my friends are also used to it.

As others have mentioned your best change would be to get a food scale. I'm 5'2" so shorter than you and I lose 1lb a week eating 1500 calories.

I'm really hoping this summer, at least by the end of summer I'll have a body that I am comfortable putting a bikini on! I'm in the same boat as you with 25lbs to goal (42 gone!), I'm about 13.5 lbs until I reach a healthy BMI so maybe by then will be ok too!

I've got a bit less than 2 weeks left of LIIFT 4 and was thinking of Starting Transform: 20 after but I see there is going to be a hybrid calendar coming out that mixes T:20 and LIIFt 4! Anyone else thinking of doing the hybrid?

I really hate the after taste of aspartame so I don't drink diet pop. I am addicted to Dr. Pepper and cream soda though so once in a while I save up the calories for one, usually just on the weekend. I wish we had mini cans of Dr. Pepper in Canada!

Are you weighing your food on a food scale and logging everything including liquids and oils used for cooking? That actually sounds like it might be more than 644 calories.
