  • I don't know if that was a joke ha. I eat steak pie every week but make it healthier & still lose weight. You can lose 4lb every week with slimming world if you commit 100%

  • I don't really pay attention to the cal count here but I tend to be under it but I do between 9-1600 steps a day, strength exercises & started running again this week (first time since baby) X
