I do some strange things to get my fiber up.....lol....I ordered a bottle of Vita Fiber Syrup ($22) on Amazon. I usually use a tablespoon to make my own "Quest"/protein bars. Gluten and grain free crackers. Commercially Mary's Gone Crackers is a fabulous brand. Home mDe recipes abound using ground flax in lieu of blood sugar spiking grains.

Have had Fitbit flex for abt a year and half now and only remove to shower or charge....love it! Play around with new bands...zig-zag, flowered, patriot pattern, etc. to keep it interesting. Other: gluten free most of the time, grain free usually, sugar free...well I'm working on it.

I have used the Fitbit Flex faithfully, removing it only for charging and showering, for a year and a half. Love it-never any problems. Also, found cute extra wrist bands and clasps for $2-3 each in cute colors and patterns on Amazon.com.
