late check in. Only managed 144 seconds but I also did a lot of running and my legs are shot. I know I'll hit my goal for day 24.

Only managed 140 seconds today but I've also started doing push ups because my arms are giving out way before my core. Seriously frustrating.

Definitely not 'seeing' a difference, but I carry most of my weight in my belly and chest so I'll have to lose quite a bit to actually see a difference. I lost 30 lbs last summer and visually, it was impossible to tell in my stomach. My face and neck slimmed down a bit, but not so much in the middle area.
