its a simple matter of calories in vs. calories out. you eat to much. no matter the portion size or snacking on fruits instead on junk. log calories, every day eat 500calories less that your eating now. stick to it. good luck.

45lb's in 30 days? only was i see that happening is to do a 30 day water fast. and even then im not sure he'd loose 45lbs. just not doable.

perfectly fine to eat dairy. its a high quality complete protein. and delicious.

in my experience berries (bluberries, rasberries) currants freeze well. other things like apricots, peaches, apples i chop up and weigh to 150g-200g and freeze in small bags. so when i make smoothies i have everything weighed , just take out to partially thaw, then blend part-frozen. comes out like ice cream:))

im cutting and still save some calories for ice cream every day. nothing wrong with it. IIFYM. google it. there are no bad foods. its the quantity aka calories that make you fat.

if youre active protein is essential! in every meal have a base - protein source. eggs, cottage cheese, cheese, fish, beans, lentils, nuts, seeds, yogurt, meat, tofu, seitan.... in 60kg and have minimum 100g up to 150g protein daily.

your making a mistake by not training legs, they are big muscles and burn much more than chest&tris, lol. i see results in your pic, its slow, but its there. dont get frustrated. it doesnt happen over night. one more thing, at your fat lvl, you cant have a cheat day, you can afford a cheat meal, and not get over board with…
