I also can hula hoop for an hour straight without dropping the hoop once. When I first started, I couldn't keep it up for more than a few seconds. LOL. Practice makes perfect. Listening to music while doing it makes it more fun also.

I do fitness hooping. It does help slim down the waist line. I am up to using a five pound hoop. I'm having trouble finding anything heavier though. I started with a two pounder, then I moved on to a four pounder. I did notice signifigant loss in my waist. I love hula hooping, and it is a fun way to get in shape.

I still try to get in some kind of work out. Even if it's just walking, or doing some floor exercises such as situps, pushups, jumping jacks. Anything to keep me moving.

I'm not a tall lady, but I am active on MFP. I bring motivation wherever I can. Feel free to add me. My CW is 175, and my GW is 155. I am well on my way to reaching my GW. My starting weight was 183.

Blaque Diamond here. Starting weight 183, current weight 177, and goal weight is 160. My ultimate goal weight is 150. Good luck on your goal.

Feel free to add me if you are looking for more MFP buddies.

Be inspired to reach your highest potential. No matter how hard things may seem right now, never give up your dreams. Your hard work and determination will fuel the fire and desire you need to accomplish anything you set your mind to.

So, guys I am back with an update. I have finally started seeing the numbers go down on the scale. Even though I am focusing more on my measurements than pounds lost, it is still good to see the weight coming off. I am still using both MFP and my Apple watch to track my fitness routines. I am still eating no more than…

I don't have fifty pounds to lose, but I do have at least twenty to twenty-five pounds I'm trying to lose. I've lost 4 so far this year. A great start. Feel free to add me.

Feel free to add me. My buddies I have so far are great with keeping the motivation alive.

Ok guys. I think I know what the problem is. I am depending too heavily on my apple watch to track my heart rate and calories burned. When I do certain exercises, my watch says I burn fewer calories than MFP says I burn doing the same exercise for the same amount of time. For instance, I walk on my treadmill for 30 minutes…

I just started this routine about a month ago. I am 28, five feet 2 inches, and currently I weigh 181.

Oh wow! I had no idea that there were measuring cups and scales accessible with Aleixa. How do I search for these items? I do use a combination of both scales and measuring cups to measure my foods.

Thanks so much guys for your suggestions. I will definitely speak to my doctor. Even when I am not exercising, I am still having the knee pain.
-
I'd like to join the group.
-
still looking for new buddies? Count me in.
-
I hope you're still on that wagon. I'll join you.
-
I'm still taking MFP applications. LOL.

I greatly appreciate all the feedback that you guys have given. I did not mention my calorie in-take above, but I try to only consume 1,200 to 1,300 calories a day. I do track my food in-take by using MFP, and I track my fitness by using my Apple watch and MFP. MFP has my calory in-take of 1,430 in order for me to get down…

If you need a cheering buddy, feel free to add me. Go. Go. Go. You can do it!

Feel free to add me. I do kick pretty hard though. Just a warning. LOL.
-
Now accepting new MFP buddies. Send your request before the doors close. LOL. J/K. Anyone can feel free to add me.
-
Welcome to MFP. Feel free to add me. I'm always looking for new motivations.
-
Feel free to add me. I'm always looking for others who can motivate me, and I can motivate them in return. Lean on me when you're not strong. I'll be your friend.

I just invested in a series 3 apple watch, and I love it. I have never used a wearable before, so this is kind of a bias opinion I guess. I love the different achievements you can earn from doing different types of activities. Having this watch has actually encouraged me to go harder with my fitness goals. If I don't…

I just started taking basic yoga classes. I don't know if it helps with weight loss, but I know it does help with stress. Once I am done with a session, I feel so calm and at peace. I would recommend you take it whether it is for weight loss, or just for the sense of relaxation it gives you.

I started gaining a lot of weight back in 2014 because of the stress I was under in my abusive relationship. Once I got out of the relationship, I finally started to tackle my weight gain. I ballooned from 150 pounds when I first entered the relationship in 2009 to 205 pounds at the end of it. In april of 2015 I started my…

I don't have quite that much to lose, but I am trying to lose at least 20 pounds by march. My problem is maintaining the weight once I lose it. If you need any motivation, feel free to add me as a friend. We can take this weight loss journey together.
