I lost a lot fast too and had some really loose abdominal skin and upper thighs...but with weight training and working hard at my abs it is tightening up...its not 100% gone but its getting there....just try you best and be proud of yourself for getting the weight off...

what an amazing job...I went from 265 to 190 in around the same time frame but was so ashamed of myself at the time I didn't do photos wish I had of! Im in my second phase now down to 173 aiming for 130..... keep up the good work you look amazing...thanks for sharing your success

I did 1 hour 20 min at the gym. Cardio and weights and came in under my calories so very happy and got 10 cups of water in

I am too...share the calendar and I'll do it too...I do them anyway why not add a challenge to it....my fav thing is single leg squats on the trx at my gym...hard but excellent...im not comfortable with kettlebell squats I feel like my form isn't as good as it would be on a squat rack...any advice on that??
