Oops meant for @tlharin

@hollydubs85 I guess I picked the wrong forum to mention not eating meat lol . I guess I know how you tubers feel when they get trolled
-
@randomtai thanks for the feedback have a wonderful day
-
@bigblondewolf I have no intentions of picking fights with strangers on forums just making my points. I appreciate your feedback
-
Mike Rashid power bodybuilder was a vegan for a good part of his adult life Doesn't look like he ever had any problems getting an adequate amount of protein without meat ....
-
And you brought up free lee before I did so who's example was it? I never said her name she isn't the only you tuber who eats 30 plus bananas @bigblondewolf
-
@Emillia77 not receptive just because I am not. Replying to every single comment ??
-
I don't agree with eating a crap ton of bananas a day personally I would puke. I see the point you are making "the banana girl " eats a lot of bananas to sell shirts .. Got it .. Just making the point that carbs aren't evil neither is meat. I'm simply trying something new @bigblondewolf
-
@randomtai I guess everyone associates her with 30 bananas a day lol. I've watched plenty of other people
-
I didn't say her name but how do you know she's a gimmick ? @bigblondewolf
-
Lol the cut up guys with their shirts off have some credibility.. But if you're fat ehhh.. Ears closed
-
@Akimajuktuq of excess carbs are so bad why is it that vegans can eat 30 bananas a day and be so slim ?
-
@erickirb thanks a lot for the input in well aware of what my protein intake needs to be I'm 31 years old been into this for a while taking it more serious now
-
@erickirb when you're in a caloric deficit you're cutting calories so what's the point in cutting whatever you're cutting?? Meat is just what I'm choosing to cut for health reasons. Eating more plants and veggies living organisms to fuel my body is just a strategy that I'm choosing
-
@HotKanye thank you for the positive feedback and I went to the gym this morning after my first day of eating meat and did 21 sets bench press heavy along with other heavy dumbbell lifts plus an hour of cardio.. On an empty stomach . I got this
-
That's great to hear ! I felt great when I woke up this morning only after one day of no meat
-
Ok just because I mentioned belly fat does not mean getting rid of meat will reduce only my belly fat magically. I am well aware that you can not spot reduce fat thanks I actually do research Really ? Well I took 3 dumps this morning and it was smooth sailing like I have never experienced before not trying to be explicit…
-
I know I wasn't feeling well yesterday so I didn't workout or eat much I know how much protein I need daily thanks for the comments
-
@Hornsby no moral reasons I don't have a problem with meat. Like my post says I'm trying it for 5 out of 7 days per week
-
I have fat on more than my midsection .. I was just pointing that out as my most hated problem area for me because I'm making getting defined In my chest and arms. I'm well aware that you can't spot reduce.. Overall fat loss is the goal the abs will show eventually @ASKyle :-)
-
Personally for better digestion and to become more overall healthy more so tho anything. Longevity avoid heart related problems extra weight etc.
-
Didn't mean to say "Whey" plant based protein.. It's just plant based protein powder since whey derives from dairy
-
Still eating eggs.. Broccoli peas spinach and I'm waiting on some organic plant based whey to arrive in the mail @hollydubs85 @_dracarys_
-
Hit the nail on the head
-
Is there a reason you want to train at home instead of going to the gym ? In my honest opinion nothing beats weight training
-
On the app go to the menu.. Select Friends Top right click the + .. Then select the third option which says add friend enter @ email user name. Enter that persons name . Or you can simply click on someone's profile
-
Feel free to add me. I'm doing bodybuilding style training. Not looking to compete or anything just getting the physique I want, and to be more healthy physically and mentally . They go hand in hand.

Keep at it just make sure you're in a caloric deficit. As long as you're working out you will lose the weight. Your body decides when the midsection fat will go. Hope this helps
