I could use some more active friends on here, I am down 12 lbs +/- and have 8 lbs left to go for my original goal. Seeing others succeed here keeps me motivated to continue pushing toward my goal.

159 miles since my last update, now at 276 miles for the month and just over 22.5 hours.

Got another 79 miles in since last check-in, up to 117 miles for the month and 9 hours 5 minutes toward my goal.

Didn't get any rides in over the weekend, but was able to start on Friday and got another ride in this morning - 38 miles so far. My goal this month is for 24 hours on the bike, not mileage based since I hope to get a lot of time on the mountain bike.

I finished up the month with 269 miles. I am happy with my consistency and would like to see if I can keep it up in October.

First time checking in here. So far in September I've ridden 180 miles. I generally do 60-70% on the road and the rest are on the mountain bike.
