If your goals are to drink more water, gain muscle, reduce fat, increase strength or cardio, etc, feel free to join us and track those items as well.

2020 SW: 235 BMI 41.6 (1/1/2020) Then back up to 241 before refocusing in Aug
2021 SW: 212 BMI 37.6 (1/1/2021)
UGW: 165 BMI 29.2 Overweight NOT Obese
October starting weight: 203.7 (9/30/2021)
October goal weight: <200 (maybe this is the month) but then again I'll be happy to just maintain!
