Hi everyone! I'm trying to lose 7 pounds before my holiday at the beginning of June, but being home from uni for the month long easter break means no gym for me. So going to have to workout at home as much as I can instead

Click '+', add exercise, select cardio, then click my exercises followed by create new. You'll kind of have to guess what calories you've burned. Hope this helps

Hey guys, I'm 17 and from the UK, this is my first day using MFP and first time dieting. I'm hoping to lose 1 or 2 stone as I've decided it's time to do something about my weight. It great to find other young people like you lot. :)
