  • Colleen from Pennsylvania I find I constantly have to remind myself to drink water. I try to have a glass at my meal and finish it during the meal and finish another glass after my meal.

  • I have started to walk and use my pedometer to count my steps amazing how I will go the extra mile to see how many steps I will have the end of the day. Some days I leave it on all day to keep me motivated to keep moving.
