    We are enjoying some nice dry sunny weather at the moment, which makes a nice change from our usual rain this time of year.

    my name is Colleen. I am new to this site, i have been trying to lose 35 pounds for at least 15 years. This time around I am just improving my eating habits. I am very happy so far with keeping track of what I eat everyday. Also keeps me motivated to excercise.

    Hi Colleen, yes i know wot u mean, it's so difficult but keeping track of wot u eat i think, helps a little.
