your approach is very nice and sounds achievable for me, i think i should definitely give my self a break and then introduce them once a while. the idea of not having them ever won't work with me for sure thank you so much for your advice :)

i tried portion control, and it worked for few days maybe i should quite them for a while thank you so much for your advice, it's very helpful :)

well i think bread is yummy, but it's not as pleasurable as a cookie obviously maybe it all comes down to the mental side of it? umm

i don't think carbs are necessarily bad, but i tend to over eat when i have sweets and stuffs like that but in the other hand when i cut them out, i am never satisfied
