Maybe a split workout? With 30 mins of cardio per split

I usually go: 3-4x10 rep. bicep curls/ hammer curls, 2x30-50 rep. Forearm workouts, 3x8 rep. Overhead press. 3-4x8 rep tricep workout, and some shrugs. Great arm/shoulder workout. You might get burned out after a while, so you can adjust the weight/sets

Don't be gymtimidated. I'm a guy and I know that the last thing anyone in a gym is doing, is paying attention to what other people are doing. If you are focused on your workout, no one will care, and you'll be too focused to notice them looking (if they are).
