  • I've lost about 10 pounds in the past couple months after really going hard at the gym and changing my calorie intake. My boyfriend is always commenting on noticing my weight loss. I'm not sure if he truly sees the difference or if he just keeps saying things to keep me motivated. But it's definitely helping. It's always…
  • That helps alot! Thanks:)
  • Thanks:) I wasn't necessarily talking about going to the gym. Just working out in general. I was wondering more along the lines if it will prolong my cold or make it worse if I was to go for a run. I went to the Dr. Yesterday. It's upper respiratory.... I mainly have congestion.

I'm used to people telling me that I don't need to lose weight or that I'm crazy for wanting to count calories. I need the "tough love" or truth . I don't want my life to revolve around counting calories, but I definitely think seeing…
  • I'm 24 , 5'7" , 150 pounds, female. I guess that makes sense, I have not hit a plateau because I haven't been consistent.
  • I don't weigh what I eat, no. And I just started tracking what I eat today.
  • Over the past couple weeks I've definitely changed what I eat. I've cut out soda and started portioning. I can eat about the same amount of food as a football player. I usually eat 2-3 huge meals. But like I said over the past few weeks I've drastically cut down on portions and eat about 5-6 small meals through out the…
