You can even have a non diet soda drink and still not get fat with balance and moderation. But I'd stay away from mcdonalds, I don't trust the food from there!

You can eat anything with balance and moderation. Just be consistent and you'll see results.

You will loose weight as long as you're in a caloric deficit. You do not have to eat breakfast.
