Seek therapy; pointless to go through it alone. If the first therapist is not syncing with you drop them and find another. This is your life at stake, not just a weight issue or an anxiety issue. Good luck!

I usually eat something salty and crunchy, like cucumbers with salt. Going the complete opposite direction works for me and fills me up.

I do a version of IF - don't eat from 7pm to 10 am, but from there still have three meals between 10 am - 7pm. WORKS wonderfully, still hit all my macro nutrients and within my calorie goal. Plus I'm learning portion size and paying attention to cravings - actual hunger vs stress/emotional eating.

Agree with you but OP is into making excuses; she's not leaving. Some people have to learn the hard way that there is always a solution - no one is ever stuck and just has to deal; there is always a solution ... Rarely is it easy, but short of being in prison there is a way to change your circumstances. Sorry to be harsh,…

Same height, similar age, and started at same time and I've lost 11 pounds; your kicking my butt

Lots of thoughts shared above, which is good - gives you different things to consider, I would say you need a rest. When running /excercising as much as your doing occasionally it's good to give your body a couple or even a few days for rest. Do some relaxing yoga, go for walks, drink lots of water and tea, etc. give your…

Go for a walk, even around the block. Just enough to distract you and get a change of scenery. I do the same thing - eat when bored; other tricks: eat a piece of fruit or vegetable; drink a couple of glasses of water to feel full. Call someone so you are talking and not thinking of food.
-
Staying hydrated can be done in other ways - watermelon for example; think outside the box if just plain water isn't appetizing. Some good suggestions in this thread for sure.

Me too!

Are you taking your breaks, can't think what they are called but folks who work out their body intensely take occasional week long breaks to aid in recovery. Might be worth it to take a week of leisure - not saying sit around like a slouch, but maybe do less intense more relaxing type activities to allow your body to heal.
-
Now that would have been awesome!

It's really easy to create recipes on here too, especially if you tend to eat the same foods like our family does. Load it once and it is ready to go each time you eat it. I'll give you 1 tip I found helpful - log all spices, garlic, onion, broth, etc ... those little things that we don't think add up. I've been eatin 1700…

Maybe it's the calorie deprivation ... Makes people angry and ready to fight.

Best by far; love this brand for scales!

My nutritionist told me to watch fruit exactly for this reason, easy to overdue and calories add up quick!

Drink water, sometimes it's actually dehydration.
-
Great job; keep it up!

Maybe it's not hunger, maybe it's stress or anxiety... Maybe it's loneliness. I'd think about what else is going on in your life and maybe your feeling it as hunger. From my own experience I find this to be true!

WINGS!!

Keep on with the deficit

I think a therapist might be helpful especially since you have a history of bulimia

2tblspoons of olive oil, large cold glass of water! OR When my son was a baby we used to boil water with fennel seed to make a tea out of it, then strained and added sugar to sweeten just a tad - within 20 min he was going; I use this concoction for the whole family when needed.

I do grits with poached eggs, cheese and butter. Very fulfilling and 1/4 cup grits (before cooking) cooked in 1/2 water 1/2 milk is delicious! A little bit of cheese and butter goes a long way.

I used it for about three months after I had my baby and loved it. It doesn't have to cut off your circulation to work, snug is great and helped with posture too ... I'd recommend it for after birth to help. I've never used it since or have any idea if it works in normal everyday settings.

The poached eggs break open and the creamy center just adds some deliciousness; loved it!!

Freeze a banana or two; when frozen - take the banana and throw it in a strong blender; it will turn to soft serve ice cream ...add flavors that you like. I add: unsweetened cocoa and peanut butter. My son likes a handful of frozen strawberries thrown in. Very adaptable to your like's!! I have a really strong blender so I…

I feel like sometimes water weight/bloating sticks around for weeks. I've been doing the same thing I'm doing now and saw no results for almost two months, then in the last month I've finally started to lose weight and inches. Talk to your endo and get checked for Thyroid and maybe overall blood work, but honestly ... keep…

Honestly you have a lot going on with your life - family issues, not having fully dealt with your dad's death, and possibly other things. While you actively work on fixing your thyroid meds, which you'll find out soon once you talk to your endo ..it doesn't hurt to find someone to talk to. I find value in Therapists, maybe…

I agree, nothing wrong with it at all. It's basically a "Whole Foods" diet.
