I just don't get it. I can't think of anything I could do differently. It seems that quitting or not quitting, I'm not losing weight so it doesn't make much of a difference.

I'm just walking right now. But I've been doing way more steps per day than previously and I've obviously been too gung ho. Will rest up and be more sensible.

Thanks to you all for the encouraging words. I feel like I'm giving it absolutely everything I can. After pushing myself for 30 minutes I am a quivering wreck with legs like jelly. I really struggle with protein, I like very few meats. I rely on protein shakes with breakfast and lunch to keep my protein up.

Thanks. Yes point taken, I will eat regularly. Id heard that dark chocolate can be a migraine trigger? But then I've heard of so many triggers it's difficult to keep track.

Yeah Im pretty sure I'm not eating near enough since starting but after the migraine knocked me out I've been back and forth between nausea and cravings. I should be back on track tomorrow.
