To each their own, although, for me the shakes work. As a mother who works full time, it really helps me stay on track. Not only do they help me drop weight when I am doing it right, the shakes make me feel perfect. I have good energy, feel well nourished, and have minimal cravings. For me to make a 240 calorie meal that…

Congrats on your success. I think the fact that you posted about it on MFP is a sign you are handling the stress well.

Coffee. I have known for awhile that coffee is bad for ME. I would brew it and have with some kind of creamer (i.e.: Coffeemate, half/half, vanilla almond milk creamer, etc). Starting my day off with this sugar set me up for failure the rest of the day. It made it more difficult for me to stay on track. If I could enjoy it…

Thank you for the responses. I like the idea of incorporating my child into a little light work-out. I do agree that weight loss happens in the kitchen. I try to include my son in healthy meal prep together, which we both enjoy. As for the husband part, I am reading that most of you believe it is I who is being…

I like your style. Congrats on all of your success.

I agree with the objectification piece. I think sometimes I am more comfortable being just a little overweight so it doesn't happen as much.
