  • Feel free to add me as well, more people means I have more inclination to stay active over here :)
  • It sounds like you had a similar awakening to me. I no longer see my journey as this dreaded thing with a set before and after. I realized this is how I want to live my life, taking care of myself. Good on you for getting started, hopefully we can motivate each other :)
  • I could always use a friend or two! I'm also in the 100+ camp (180 to lose specifically) always good to know I'm not the only one :)
  • I look at the clothes I want to wear eventually. I keep a small folder of favorites of things I plan to buy eventually. When that's not quite good enough I read success stories and ask myself if that 500cal thing is really truly worth it, that the taste will be temporary, but the effects are long lasting. That usually does…
  • Good luck! I'm just starting out too (well, sort of), and I hear you, taking charge is a nice feeling :) It's one of the rare things in my life that I have full control over, and it's time to take advantage of that!
  • I have PCOS too! It sucks >_> Good on you for losing what you have, good luck continuing! (also only mildly related, but your eyebrows are killer!)
  • I do! Not as avid a watcher I was as when I was a teenager, but I still enjoy something fun every now and again. I most recently watched Kill la Kill and Another. Nice to meet you :)
  • My motivations are about as vain and shallow as they come-- I wanna wear pretty clothes and look pretty in them! Physically feeling better is quite nice too, but even as large as I've gotten, I've always been fairly active. Looking forward to seeing what I'm truly capable of in the future!
