Hi! I'm Sam and I'm always starting new diets and making new MyFitnessPal accounts, I need people to keep me going on the same account to reach my goal!!!

    Sam, if you keep making new accounts how can someone keep you motivated?
    First, stick to a single account
    Second, Why do you want to lose the weight; would it be for me? No! I cannot motivate you - that is something that comes from the self. All I can do is to answer questions you may have or remind you of certain goals.
    If you find your why - don't lose it that is what will help keep you motivated - always go back to your why.
    Third, losing weight is simply calories in vs calories out:
