I'm doing 18:6 during my road trip holiday . . Eating between 4 pm and 10 pm. . If holiday scale is to be believed I've lost just over 5 lbs in July so far . . Can't wait to confirm loss on my WII scale when I get home next Wednesday . .

This IF is working great with my road trip (truck and camper) holiday. . DH has breakfast on his own and then we lunch at 2 p.m. or later and dinner together. . diet jello with heavy cream has been my crutch for my last 8 pm snack. I am up 1 lb but could be I weighed later in the day then usual . . hope everyone is having…

So far pretty good with the 16.8. Because of camping it was hard to do 12 to 8 so went 1 to 9 and things worked with that window. No weight loss though and not surprised . On to week two

So far IF is going well, but family reunion the next two days at a campground. Grrr not a lot of support in this group. Thank goodness DH is ao helpful . . WORKING ON THIS . .
