That's a awesome start. I was 215 when I started with the app now 207. Started this journey at 234. Hoping to get down to my recommended weight of 165. Feel free to add me. Maybe we can help each other.

Wow that's awesome. What are you doing Bc I'm trying to get around the 150 160 mark. Currently 207 was 234 in March.

Hiit is hard for me Bc I'm nursing a stress fracture in my ankle. Being fat and running half marathons doesn't go well together. But Adonis is a circuit training program. They have a Venus program for women. They have active boards and I've seen some awesome results.

I've started the Adonis program when work doesn't get in the way. I worked over 100 hrs last week and the week before wasn't any shorter.

Thanks I've trying to keep at a 1000 calories a day with 100 grams of protein or more. Seems to be working. Just hope I can keep it up.

I've been tracking for 15 days and have lost 8 lbs. Counting everything really seems to help.
