new and in need of support!

I've just started yesterday, my goal is to lose 10 pounds by maintaining a healthy diet, continuing to exercise, and drink more water. I would love to meet some of you and support each other and talk!!

    I've been tracking for 15 days and have lost 8 lbs. Counting everything really seems to help.

    I handle the week days it's the weekends when I have my kids that's the problem.
