That is fantastic good for you! :blush: I find comparing pictures does amazing things for realization. Looking back on older pictures when I was a t a lower weight I remember the mentality of being overweight but in reality I looked so much better than I did in my own head. Sometimes it takes a while to really see it! :)…

I think from experience i have learned that its about mind set for me personally. If my heart isnt in it I will lose all motivation to try. However when I am feeling positive even if there are harder days, it's easier to stay on track! Might sound a little crazy but it works for me :)

I love steamed mixed veggies & beans with a tomato sauce and some hot sauce, my other go to is steamed veggies with tinned tomatoes or tomato puree and curry powders/paste :) I am boring but I never get tired of these!

That's incredible! Well done :) Would love to be friends as ive started logging again, found I was gaining so much weight through what I assume was over eating and I just want to keep an eye on my intake and learn how much my body needs really :) And i'm vegan too :) <3

I know some force themselves into the habit of drinking a litre first thing when they get up/wake up. For me I have filtered water in the fridge and it is far easier to pdrink cold water in the summer, but for me I get bored if i'm drinking out of a glass and use a bottle with a sippy lid because i'm a big kid XD

I've just recently started logging, so u can check my diary out :) Have been basically over eating and gained weight so i'm gonna try lowering my calories. But yeah ^^

I think being in a calorie deficit mean you will eventually lose weight, give it a little time and you'll see results :) However if you want to reach higher calories rice and dates are pretty high in calories and makes it easy to get to 2000 :) But yeah 2000 might simply be more than u need, I have been vegan for a year…

Hey, I'm trying this again too! I had success 2 years ago, lost a lot of weight :) I'm gonna try not to get too upset if some days i'm a little over and stay positive :) <3 15-17 lbs to lose <3

I recently got a Gym Shark one, its pretty good! Far better than ones ive used in the past where ive literally got them far smaller than I am and had to hold my chest doing cardio :D So i'd recommend those, but would love to hear any other good ones :)
