Hi!

I am trying the slow and steady approach. I am wanting to form life long habits, and not be too stressed or obsessive. I've lost 50 lbs over the past few years, and am looking to lose about 15 more over the next 6 months or so.

I am a vegan, and would love to find other vegan friends, though this is not a must. Just looking to make this all more fun and communal. :)

    Would love to be friends as ive started logging again, found I was gaining so much weight through what I assume was over eating and I just want to keep an eye on my intake and learn how much my body needs really :) And i'm vegan too :)<3
