Its just because, some people say you shouldn't take the scale seriously.. Specially when you are not only doing Cardio but also lifting since you gain muscles and all the water retained.... So I was wondering how long it takes to really see the results regardless the water retain, and muscles gain....

I only need to lose 15 pounds, im Exercising 5 times a week and i change my diet. But whatever helps for faster results, ill take it :)

Yes for the day. The other days was wrong because I wasn't holding the phone. On the treadmill 840 calories from 1 hour and half Running with intervals

I just think 200 calories is not enough. It was 75 minutes on the threadmill
