Green tea really helps on weight lost?
for those of you who are doing weight lifting + Cardio and trying to lose a few pounds. How did it go the first weeks? Did u lost, maintained or gained weight? I know there's the water retain when u exercise + the body composition changing.. So how long does it take? how was your experience with that.
How many pounds you lost on your first month? And what u did to lose?

When you start working out / doing a diet I always hear that first you lose a good amount of liquid pounds, then it gets harder and harder because fat it takes more than liquid to lose. So that means that for the first few days u can lose more then 2 pounds a week?

I have an app called stepz that counts how many steps I did, and it shows me I burned 200 calories, while the treadmill says I burn 415. Which one should I considered? Thanks
