I agree with you, for the most part. I do not know what yall are talking about that you have to be hungry. When I am hungry I eat. I do not have an answer, but I never knew what bloated feels like. My sister tries to explain it to me, but I do not get it. I know when I have eaten too much and my stomach feels full, but I never have been compelled to say I feel bloated. Im weird

I still occasionally eat Vienna sausages. They are the best. My grandmother used to buy the Snowballs and freeze them and eat them frozen. They never were my favorite.

I do not think we were not allowed to have white bread, but all I remember my mom buying is wheat bread. As an adult I will not buy white bread. I will eat it if I get it with a barbecue dinner or something, but in my mind it is weird to eat white bread.

My mom made me eat these as a child. She is a good cook, but she would buy the frozen ones and cook the life out of them. I rarely eat them as an adult. I do enjoy the raw ones in a slaw though.

I like pot pies also. Growing up I remember eating the little banquet pot pies. I love the crust. When I first started losing weight, I avoided eating pot pies from the store because of the calories. Now I will have one of the Marie Callendar pies every now and then and they are so good.

It depends on the day. I log veggies, but I do not measure or weigh them. If I eat a banana I log it. If I eat an apple I do not weigh it unless I cut it. I do not like soggy salads. I use very little dressing, which is low calorie. I add apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar and a lot of seasoning and I am good.

I even buy the mini corn tortillas. Some are 30-40 calories a piece. I can have 3 tacos for about 250 calories with meat, lettuce or cabbage, plain greek yogurt and shredded cheese if i have any on hand.

I actually do some type of dessert every day. That is what keeps me from going crazy and eating 4-5 donuts at a time. I enjoy sweets and I eat at least every night. I do not eat a giant slice of cake and I am still mindful of what I am eating, but it works for me.

I definitely have a sweet tooth and I have some type of sweet every night for dessert. I can have sweets in my house and eat the amount a serving. Although I also have a tendency to grab a cracker or a cookie if I leave the bag sitting out. If it is in the cabinet I pretty much forget about it.

My remedy for that is to buy the small corn tortillas. There are some that you can have 3 for 100 calories. They work great for tacos or fajitas.
