  • Yes!! Step away. Maybe go online a read how that food is not food and all the chemicals that are in it. Or, make that meal at home, in a healthy Paleo way. You can have a wonderful juicy hamburger patty you make yourself with all the veggie fixings and baked potatoe wedges. Yum!
  • Loosing 5-10 lbs is my life song. Fortunately I have been tracking on Mfp and have finally figured out why I haven't lost the weight. Too many calories. It is an eye opener when you see it in black and white. I have always been into exercise. Between running and weight lifting, I thought I could exercise myself thin. Nope!…
  • I wouldn't wear ankle weights walking or running. That is supposedly bad for knees. Best weight lifting you can do for legs is Olympic style lifts. Deadlift, squats, lunges. Start out with a weight that you can lift than eventually get heavy
  • Every Monday or Sunday. Depending how late I work during the week will dicate what I make. A lot of Paleo casseroles, baked or grilled chicken, cut up for salads, big bowl of salad prepared for easy lunches. I set a menu for the week and grocery shop off that menu.
