I know they're a bit "Old Skool", but does anyone use them and had any success?
I need to work more on my Legs, so i'm considering using them.

I always heard they are more dangerous than beneficial. The ankle weights that is.0

I wouldn't wear ankle weights walking or running. That is supposedly bad for knees. Best weight lifting you can do for legs is Olympic style lifts. Deadlift, squats, lunges. Start out with a weight that you can lift than eventually get heavy0

Ankle weights are fine for static exercises, but as a l.p. said DO NOT wear them while walking around. You can really screw up your knees0

Advice duly noted.
