Started off the year with drinks. Met a couple on the golf course and stayed for the 19th hole. Drinks weren't planned but are in line with my desire not to drink alone. Plan to go the next 5 or 6 days AF. 1/1 2 drinks

We don't pay for the bin. They just charge by the weight of the documents shredded. They give you a certified document…

I had a good week. Started out tracking and ended just being mindful. I only had alcohol (2 drinks) one night (as opposed to daily). Starting weight 12/26/20 138.2 Goal weight March 2021 127 (maintenance range below 130) 12/26/20 138.3 01/01/21 135.6 (saw 135.0 twice this week) Happy New Year...let's keep on keeping on!

Flight to Arizona is delayed 2 hours. We won't be leaving SD until 11:00 pm tonight and getting to AZ at 1:20 am (2:20 am SD time). After a completely Sober October I started to slip back into the daily 1 to 2 drink habit most days starting November 10th. I am disappointed in myself. I will be starting back with less alcohol again and tracking my consumption here. Thank you for creating this ongoing challenge.
