Weight lifting! If it's intimidating join a gym and take a few classes until you're comfortable.. Short increases of cardio to strengthen your lungs overtime! Good luck!

Full time career woman and mom of 11 yr old and 9 yr old. 5 am is my best friend. Rough for the first week then clock work. See it as treating yourself to the attention you deserve opposed to a drag getting up so early! Good luck finding something that works for you!!

Hydrate!! 3 plus liters of water a day and weight training. All of the above is real. It's stubborn and depending on each person it's different. Water and weights do good things for this! Coming from someone with thick thighs and having cellulite around my damn knees in the past!! Ugh.
