I seem to be losing very slowly now that I am past menopause. I’ve lost 13 pounds so far. Only comment so far has been, “oh I can tell you’ve lost - you’re face is thinner.” That was nice. I have 42 pounds left to go. I am breaking it down into 10% increments in order not to get discouraged. If anyone has any advice for me…

I have recently upped it to 9 Tblsp. Of liquid egg white with one whole egg. Yum!!

I eat a little natto everyday, as well as plain yogurt. I also heard artificial sweeteners and diet pop kill your beneficial bacteria. I have switched to unsweetened ice tea and stevia. It couldn’t hurt. Why be so rude?

Fruits and dairy have lots of carbs. When you click the nutrition button at the end of the day, what kind of percentages do you typically see? Personally, I have to add protein like egg whites and whey powder each day to keep my carb percentage down.
