I live in DC. I've lost ten pounds in ten weeks. I try for clean eating with less carbs. I love veggies! I teach chair Yoga to seniors.

I am 10 days in , love the app !! I keep trying for less carbs but it's not working . Don't know what I am eating
Wrong .......love fruit & veggies don't eat bread , bagels or donuts of any sort , love pasta but haven't had any
Since I started the app . Any suggestions of foods to stay away from ???

Fruits and dairy have lots of carbs. When you click the nutrition button at the end of the day, what kind of percentages do you typically see? Personally, I have to add protein like egg whites and whey powder each day to keep my carb percentage down.0
