I would put a can of soup in the blender and pulse it a few times. At first I used light chicken noodle. It becomes a thick broth with amazingly more flavor than right out of the can. Four years later I am still blending my soups. Just like it better, all kinds. M

I used to use MyPlate but now I use Myfitnesspal. It is free!

Hi and thanks for the support. I really misspoke about the 10 pounds. That is just a recent gain. I was actually up 30 also from my lowest. But I am now down 7 pounds the first week back on track. I find that logging my food and planning my meals for the day is the best way for me. We are what we eat!

Great job! I am 74 years old and have osteopenia (fragile bones), so am limited to walking and swimming. Keep up the good work!
