  • It was the new feature track net carbs. Online and the app always has been slightly different because of rounding but the net carb tracking had everything upside down for me. I am good again
  • I recently cut from 271 to 225. I am 5’10. About 16-17% bmi. I ae 2500 cal a day. Now at 3000 not counting exercise calories. My macros are in the picture. The only difference when cutting I went .3 per gram per pound fat, protein the same, and the rest of calories came fro carbs
  • Boostcamp app has several in it. I do an upper lower 4 day for now, PHUL. I am enjoying the results from it.
  • I use a little over 1.1 gram per pound of body weight. I am 225# 5’10”. About 16-17% BMR. Dr Mike on YouTube said 1 gram will probably get you where you want to go. He has a PhD in this stuff, is a professor and equally important he’s a bodybuilder. So he has a clue. I just feel better eating 1.1
  • I am 50yrs old 225#s 16-17% BMR. My diet 3000 calories per day not counting excessive calories added back consists of 1.1 grams protein per/lbs, .4 grams fat per/lbs, and the remainder in carbohydrates. I add back in half of my excercise calories. This is what works for me to maintain with no issues. I bulked to 271 but…
  • I love trutein. I am 225 5’10”. I have about 16-17% body fat so lean is important. I eat 250 grams per day so shakes make that convenient. That being said taste is very important. I never get tired of the taste. I consume about 4 pounds every eight days. I change flavors every eight days.
