I am maintaining my weight. I know what it takes for me to be at my goal. I have my macros set. I put the exact macros in for tomorrow. It minuses 131 calories. Fitbit zip
I am enjoying using my fitbit. It takes away calories unless I hit 10000 steps. At 10000 steps it considers me active. Less steps than that I get spanked. I like to eat so I get up and walk.
