Calories are always off

I am maintaining my weight. I know what it takes for me to be at my goal. I have my macros set. I put the exact macros in for tomorrow. It minuses 131 calories. I have to do way to much add fake exercise calories to get it to 0 so my nutrion calories goals do not take a hit when looking for the last 7 days. I do not have negative calories turned on. Even if I turn off exercise calories it’s still in the negative 131 calories. Honestly this has started to be so annoying that I am looking for an alternative plat form. I have been using this since 2010 so I have seen some changes. If the macros add up to my goal then it should add up. I know about rounding but this does not make sense to me.

I don't use those features you describe, so bear with me here please, but it looks like you are setting your daily target to 3,000 and with the % macros you describe, but your meals add up to 3,130 cals. e.g. the dinner meal is supposed to be 40% but it has 1,262 instead of 1,200. Is it MFP filling your diary with a faulty goal of 1,262, or is that the value of the foods you've added for that meal?0

It was the new feature track net carbs. Online and the app always has been slightly different because of rounding but the net carb tracking had everything upside down for me.
I am good again
