Good job! You've lost a lot and should be proud of yourself! I know personally that menopause can affect your metabolism dramatically. I think just eating better is a type of reward. Now I'm eating blueberries, I'm eating whole grains and good fats. I feel better about myself for making these changes. My scale didn't move for 5 weeks, and I wanted to give up. But I upped my calories as an NS counselor suggested and I finally lost a pound. Little victories…

Hi, I've been on NS since February and lost 20 pounds, but have been stuck the last 4 weeks. I started eating more as the NS counselor suggested but still no progress. Very discouraged at this point. Anyone with suggestions? I exercise two or three times a week to a DVD but it doesn't seem to make a difference. Encouraging…
