This is kind of a bigger goal,at least in that it's been bugging me for years, but it's a mini goal now in that I think I'm maybe close. I really can't stand when I get chafed from my thighs rubbing against each other, especially hot humid summer days when I'm walking around in a skirt! I realized this week that between…

I thought those two exercises from level 2 were the worst! For me, level three was better.

My weight is only down a few lbs but I feel much different. I've taken pics and measurements after each level so I know I've lost inches. My clothes are looser and I feel the muscles coming in. Stick with it! I didn't start really seeing results until end of level 2, but I think even 4-5 days into level 1 my stamina was…

Two more days and I'll finally finish this video!
-
I took measurements after each level and didn't see inches lost until after level 2.
-
Took two days off but back to it today. Level 3, day 6 done. Hoping to finish up by Sunday now.
-
I'm impressed! There's no way I could do any of those arm raises with 8s yet.
-
Same. Maybe 2-3 lbs down since starting 30 day shred.
-
You have inspired me! Level 3, day 3 done, so thinking I'll wrap up around next Friday May 19 with one more rest day. When I do I'll post start and end pics. (Yikes!) I don't think the pics I've been taking show much change but I can feel it in my clothing, so we'll see... maybe it's this last week this will really make it…

Level 3, day 1 done! It is definitely hard, but I can already tell from one day that this one is going to be good for my stomach and butt. Lots of ab work, (jump!)squats and lunges.
-
Starting level 3 tomorrow! Woot woot! Never made it to level 3 before!
-
Level 2, day 9 done.
-
Level 2, day 9. Done!
-
Completed level 2, day 7 today. Finally was able to do plank jacks for real, and can see a teeeeny bit of definition under my belly fat.
-
I miscounted! I fin shed level 2, day 7 today. Woo hoo! Finally did plank jacks correctly too.
-
On level two, day five, taking another rest day today.

I would start over after two weeks break. For lower impact in the meantime I would say just walk. Even yoga might stretch you in the wrong way after surgery. I had minor outpatient laparoscopic surgery once and ripped my belly button stitches out when I walked up stairs earlier than I was supposed to...take it easy.

Back on. Level 2, day 4 done!
-
I really wanted to push my way through level 2 by next Friday but am really sore so this is my second rest day today. Hopefully back on track by tomorrow! I actually like level 2 better, but it's hitting different muscles, so I'm sore in new places.

L2 day 3 done

I started with about 40 lbs to lose, and after 15 or so I started feeling looser rings and pants. I'm about 20 down now and starting to notice in face and chest.i still can't really tell in my before/after pics in my underwear... so maybe I have more than 20 more to go.

Thanks! Did Ripped in 30 feel harder than 30 Day Shred, or just different?
-
I was thinking about trying either Ripped in 30 or Six Week Six Pack next. Anyone done both and can compare?
-
Started level 2 today. After completing level one (2rest days) I had lost no weight but a total of 2 inches from all my measurements. I can see/feel some change even if not in scales or in measurements much yet.
-
I don't know how accurate any of these websites are, but I am measuring body fat percentage from one while I do 30 day shred. I just finished my first ten days ( plus two rest days) and it says my body fat percentage went down 1.5% in that approx. two weeks. I started high, at 39%, and even though weight is the same my…

I think it's a pretty big difference on you too. Your eyes are already opening up and you look younger. (The haircut is cute too)

Just found this thread so maybe some people are still going strong? If all goes according to plan, I'll finish level one on Sunday. Tried this in e before but got sick around day 20 and quit so just hoping to make it for the full 30 this time.

FWIW, I have been doing an elimination diet similar to Whole30 I guess, but that wasn't my template. I have had a weird series of hive issues which medication hadn't been helping and which doc thought was *probably* my thyroid, but maybe not, so I tried elimination to discern if some food was giving me trouble while…

Just finished day five, feeling much better than day one already!

I just want to get through this 30 days, hopefully tighten up my belly and back while trying to get a couple more lbs off this month. Once done I may repeat, or will move on to a new workout to keep motivated. I hope to slowly start incorporating running again now that the weather is nice. If I get my stamina back up I'll…
